RMI Education and Skills Strengthening Project
The Government of the Republic of Marshall Islands has gotten funding from the World Bank for the Education and Skills Strengthening Project (ESSP) cost. It intends to use part of the earnings for speaking with services.

This was to be attained through an integrated national abilities training system. The project consisted of 4 elements: advancement of a career awareness program, abilities training enhancement, boosted abilities training opportunities for women and youth, and institutional strengthening. The expected outcome was increased income-generating opportunities and work for students, particularly women and youth in the outer islands. Overall, the project was rated not successful. Minimal progress was attained in making the task responsive to the requirements of its beneficiaries and private-sector companies. The enduring weak point of bad numeracy and literacy proficiencies
